Appliance Fabrication

After 3D printing from an .stl file, digital models go to our expert Lab Technicians for fabrication. East Orthodontic Laboratory can manufacture any appliance from a 3D printed model including Herbst appliances, aligners, indirect bonding, retainers and expanders.

Because 3D printed models offer the highest level of accuracy and precision, we can use them to craft perfect fitting appliances.

As an added benefit, should a patient’s appliance ever get lost or broken, we can easily create a new one from the saved scan, provided the teeth haven’t shifted.
